Acceptable Use Policy

This BlazeLoad Acceptable Use Policy, in conjunction with all other terms and conditions available on our site governs your use of the BlazeLoad website and/or services and are collectively referred to as the "Agreement".

If you do not agree to our policies or agreement please do not use our site. By using our site and/or services you herby agree to our agreement and terms of usage.
If you are do not agree or are unwilling to comply with anything related to the Blazeload website, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Services. You may use the Services of blazeload at your own risk.

Blazeload may modify the Agreement which will become effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the website and any associated services, the "Services", indicates your acceptance of the Agreement.

While using Blazeload web site and/or Services, that herby agree that you may not:

Use the site and/or Services for any illegal purpose;

Provide any third partie/s to use your name and password;

Impersonate another person or user;

Use any robot and/or any other automatic retrieval application and/or tool to retrieve or make any other usage of our services, with the exception of public search engines;

Harm or attempt to harm or damage Blazeload site or services in any way;

Resale and/or try to make profit out of Blazeload products and Services;

Upload or publish Content that violates the rights of others in any way or form, this includes Content that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and/or violates any right of privacy or publicity, or that is libelous or defamatory, or that directs any user to the content of a third party without consent of the third party;

Post advertisements and/or solicitations of any kind;

Submit any Content that falsely implies sponsorship of the Content by the Services, falsify or delete any author attribution in any Content, or promote any information that you know is false or misleading;

Submit Content that is illegal, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, harassing, threatening, unlawful or promotes or encourages any of these activities;

Defame or libel any person; invade any person's right of privacy or publicity or otherwise violate, misappropriate or infringe the rights of any person;

Export or re-export Content in violation of the export or import laws of the United States and.or your country's export laws without all required approvals, licenses and exemptions;

Perform any act or usage that is illegal following the US laws, Israeli Laws and your countries laws, including interanational laws.

No failure and/or delay in exercising or enforcing this policy shall constitute a waiver of the policy or any other right or remedy. If any provision of this policy is deemed unenforceable due to law or change in law, such a provision shall be disregarded and the balance of the policy shall remain in effect.

You agree to use our services at your own risk. Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You agree that you have made your own determination regarding the usefulness of the service. We disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for damages, direct or consequential, resulting from your use of the service, any failure to provide service, suspension of service, or termination of service. We do not guarantee the availability of the service. You agree not to hold us responsible for data loss or interruption of service of any kind.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Israel. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Web site. Use of this Web site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and BLAZELOAD AND/OR its owners and operators as a result of this agreement or use of this Web site. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
In a case of any legal action or claim you herby agree that any such claim or issues will be done under the laws of the state of Israel

BlazeLoad reserves the right to terminate the user account, deleted files, block IPs and perform any other action needed to block a user from accessing and/or using its services without any prior notice. The user herby agrees and allows BlazeLoad, its owners and/or operators, to do this.

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, BlazeLoad.com will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the BlazeLoad site and/or its services.
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of an owner of the copyright or of any exclusive right under the copyright, please report your notice of infringement by contacting BlazeLoad via the contact us form or via email at webmaster[at]blazeload.com. In order to allow direct reporting of any files violating our AUP or DCMA you have an option to report the file by using the link to that on the actual file download page.
